Our Team
Janet Daglish
Lead Consultant
Janet is a seasoned consultant with decades of experience in business development and government relations, procurement, contract management, and program design and evaluation. She previously led a consulting firm for ten years, working with government clients on procurement, health information management, and communications strategy. She has successfully led program development in collaboration with provincial government and expert panel members on various key topics in the health system.
David Daglish
Lead Consultant
David is an experienced consultant with expertise in Board governance, strategic planning and evaluation.
He is also a software engineer (P.Eng.) with management information systems and design experience. His focus for consulting is based on his PhD thesis, which focused on trust in health information management systems and the role of government in securing and maintaining the privacy of health information
Rachel Kampus
Rachel brings 35 years of public sector executive leadership spanning front-line operations, system and service transformation, project management, and strategic policy development. Most recently, leading the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement across the Ontario Public Service. Rachel also holds a Master’s Certificate in Public Management along with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies.
Christina Balram
Policy and Communications Coordinator
Christina is currently completing her Masters in Public Policy, Administration and Law at York University. With a background in media communications, Christina has extensive experience in customer service and marketing. She leads the implementation of a policy framework, drafted policy submissions, and communications strategies
