Who We Are
Daglish Consulting is led by two consultants with expertise in strategic planning, business development, government relations, as well as governance and evaluation.
Guided by Roger Martin’s Playing to Win strategic framework, we help clients to create strategic possibilities, test assumptions and make more informed decisions for investment, creating sustainable advantage and meaningful growth.

Our Team
Janet Daglish
Janet is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience in business development and government relations, procurement, contract management, and program design and evaluation. She led a consulting firm for ten years working with government clients on procurement, health information management. She has successfully led program development in collaboration with provincial government, expert panel members on various key topics in the health system.
David Daglish
David is a seasoned consultant with experience in Board governance, strategic planning and evaluation.
He is also a software engineer (P.Eng.) with management information systems and design experience and his focus for consulting is on His PhD thesis focused on trust in health information management systems and the role of government in securing and maintaining privacy of health information.
